Short Description We would like to create short how-to videos which illustrate NPSP functionality.
Why? The NPSP community is bustling and we're all producing a lot of content. The Salesforce.org team is growing and they're able to crank out new features at an astounding rate. Many admins struggle to keep up and we'd like to provide short videos to illustrate NPSP functionality.
How? We plan to create a videography committee which will prioritize what videos matter most to the community and to develop a template for how these videos can get produced by the community.
Mission Alignment Community members sometimes think there is a gap when in fact there is a solution they just don't know about. These videos will help fill those false gaps and help us focus our energies on actual gaps in our space.
About Submitter(s) My name is Katie McFadden and I'm a non-profit Salesforce consultant. I've been working with dozens of nonprofits over the course of four years to implement and configure NPSP features.
Next Steps The next step is to create the videography committee, produce the first few videos and start developing documentation on how the community can contribute.
