It's as easy as 1,2,3,4.
Anyone in the community can propose a new project by paying a small amount from their personal GOAT Herd, filling out a project description, and setting a value for the project.
Once someone proposes a project, the community has two weeks to vote on whether or not to approve the project.
The project owner is the point of contact for every project and if you want to contribute, reach out to them and see how you can help!

That's it!
